Completed purchase that I did not request

Goodnight: I am writing to you from El Salvador. Nice to greet you. The reason for this email is to inform you that today I made a purchase to update several computer programs that the E.S. government has provided me, everything was going well until my bank account was fully charged, when I opted For the plan that was most convenient for me, I specified that it was going to be discounted monthly, apart from that they charged me something else that I had not requested, which made the cost paid more. Can you help me, please, to refund the money for what I have not requested and better to discount what I did request on a monthly basis and return the money I paid plus what I should get from the difference of what I had to pay monthly. They took over my lap top !!!!Now after paying them 179.00 to get rid of a virus 1 yr ago ! suddenly my lap top started messing up I did not call them they called me They knew already they said they called to clean up my laptop How did they know it was acting up!!!!! they informed me that my laptop was critical .Then they said they could fix it for a fee of 279.00!!! *** My laptop is only 2 years old.I am the only 1 to use my laptop !!!..I will report them to the BBB.Meantime my laptop is still Messing UP !!!!!! Beware of this company Better to contact Microsoft Manufacturer - MS Tech (315-636-****) or Web clinic
