Haven't received any email on my order placed this morning and I have read that people have been scammed by y'all..so I have notified my bank.

Think they might have address and no apartment number
Need to update address 6785 Selman DR Douglasville Georgia Apt E2 30134 just don't want it to go to the wrong place update address as shown telephone 678)887-**** Airtes think the state on there was wrong and no apartment number it had MD instead of Georgia apartment number E2

Order #875131****853 and tracking #sdh007076****, Yvet chow @ kuenchow @***.net. Orders red utility cart for $29.99, tracking shows that it was delivered but did not receive product , pease check it and resolve the issue. 910 stockley road, downers grove Illinois 60516, this is the 4th email tat I had send out and yet no response

Terrible scam company
I ordered an exercise machine online through Facebook because it was advertised. It said the item was delivered to my address on 4/21/25.
However, I work from home and was home all day. I went outside to check my door and nothing had been delivered. I also went to my mailbox and nothing had been delivered. I gave it 2 more days and still hadnt received anything, so I reached out to customer service who said they would investigate the issue and would get back to me within 48-72 hours.
That timeframe came and went, so I reached back out requesting a refund as I still had not received the product. They told me they were still investigating it with the delivery company. I knew that was a lie and said as much. They then just responded that they wouldnt give me a refund or another product because the delivery courier said it was delivered.
Mind you, there was no picture or proof of delivery or anything. So they just took the word of the delivery courier (if they even asked) versus honoring a customer who paid for a product they never received. Will NEVER order from them again. The item was from China as well so I always am a bit skeptical about ordering from China.
And this is why. Would not recommend ordering from this place EVER.

similar thing happened to me- except it said it delivered to a city an hour away. same thing " we are investigating" ignored every single email i sent after that
