Arrogant agent claimed he was the big boss too as he handles chatbox, lol. Sure, but they cheat and steal claiming you signed up for a service when you know you didn't.

I'm going back to phone.com because they actually offer customer service. I will dispute all charges with my credit card because when I cancelled it claimed I could keep the service until the final day.

Mr Arrogant removed my privileges so Mr Arrogant can pay the bill of closing me out prematurely. DO NOT USE Upcentral.app unless you don't mind giving them a donation, then dealing with Mr Arrogant when you bust them in their thievery.
