Do u text to let customers know that we have a package and need your correct address
I just want to know if UPS text customer to let us know we have a package at the warehouse due to wrong address
My insurance was transferred to slide insurance I still need somebody to call me regarding refund
My insurance with UPC was discontinued and sold to slide in February. My mortgage company and I are still waiting on the refund for the remaining of the year.
This issue needs to be addressed immediately.
Please have someone return my call or address this issue. 772-631-****.

Do not bother getting any insurance of any type from this company. If you have insurance with UPC, do yourself a favor and quit immediately.
I have wasted so much time with UPC and all it has caused is headaches. Do not believe anything they tell you. They are extremely dishonest. When they tell you that their online photo inspection service of your house takes 15 minutes, do not believe them.
I would say a better average is 45 minutes to an hour. Even after spending 1.5 hours to complete mine, they wrote me a cancellation letter without any opportunity to correct anything. Nothing. What a way to do business.
There is a true blessing though.....State Farm Insurance that covers my autos covered my house immediately! I will be writing the President of UPC, finding any and every opportunity to post negative reviews of UPC and contacting my bank (a major bank) and letting them know not to ever recommend UPC to anyone again.
