What happened to HEARTLAND
I have been a subscriber for years and I was told that Heartland season 19 was to start on 5 November 2025 and it still hasn't started. What is going on and when do you think it will be coming on?

I cancelled my subscription on the day of September 12th, 2025, which is 7 days free trial for September 5th. You charged my debit $59.99. I don't think so; I had a 7 days free trial. I don't know when your cancellations show up. I want my money back.

I received a bill from you guys for 69.99. This is not what I ordered.
It was a special, and it was not 66.11. I am not paying this much for one channel; this is highway robbery. I make 967.00 on disability, and the only reason I wanted this channel was because of the amount listed, not 66.11. I cannot afford this; I am also homebound, and I wanted this for more viewing.
So this sucks, and I cannot pay 66.11. Any suggestions? Also, payment went through because it is on my statement.
Get it together; I am sure that you do not want to lose a customer.

Never can connect very slow ,and circling while watching .
The waiting for shows to start I like the shows but the waiting takes away from it completely thanks for your help .

Very upset you replaced Blue Bloods with The Rookie. Just wanted to let you know.
Blue Bloods is a great family-oriented show. I particularly enjoy their strong Christian faith. The Rookie is rather idiotic in my opinion.

Our family loves Hudson and Rex and it is mostly family friendly, however, we tried watching Rookie last night and ad to turn it off, too many adult and explicit situations, it is a great program but definitely NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! We miss Hudson and Rex at 8:00.

Charges that were unauthorized, it's like 6486 or something, or 68, 6468, whatever those numbers are, whatever account number or whatever it is. I would like that refunded immediately.
I'm paying bills, and I need that money. That was a big surprise, and I never authorized it.
User's recommendation: All of a sudden, my PayPal got declined. I went in there and this company has with Taz taken six some odd dollars must be for a full years membership. I never authorize that and I’m paying bills and I need that 60 whatever dollars back immediately.
