I have used unWired for over a decade, and even though they had service related issues back in 2005/06 (new companies usually do) they have been the most reliable service available for me. I have used phone companies and cable companies in town for my broadband services and could not say that I didn't have issues with them as well.

I have watched unWired grow substantially over the years, while adding more and more speed to their packages.

Nobody has been able to compete with the type of service I've received from unWired. Best service for my rural business I could have ever signed up for.

They are #1 in my book.

I was happy with the service, but dint call them their customer service lady is extremely nasty. So unfortunately they hire disrespectful employees. Not a company I want to deal with, as I ask for a manager and still have not heard from them.

Ever since CSU,Fresno decided to transfer their ISP over to Unwired Broadband, my service reliability has been an unmitigated nightmare. DSL lines crashing for a week, bouncing-back my email from friends who have Yahoo, AOL, AT&T etc., due to an alleged spam "blacklisting" problem that never seems to get resolved.

I had to get a another email account just so I could get incoming mail from everyone I know. The only redeeming thing I have to say about them is that initially their tech support attempted to be as helpful as it could, but this seems to be changing for the worse as well of late.

I am looking into another ISP due to Unwired's problems and unreliability. Too bad, I really wanted to like them, but they are useless unless they get their collective act together.

They used to be one of the best providers out there, and offered excellent rates with excellent service.

But now they have way to many customers, and instead of growing and adding more equipment, and more access points. They cap your line to a service much lower then you are paying for. You can expect at times to not have any service at all.... wait your turn and wait for someone else to get off the internet before you can get on....

The sales and technical support is very limited, and they will give you the run around. They all know what the problem is, but they dont want to say it !!!

I will say that they are excellent at one thing..... DEBITING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT !!!!
