Can't access my account and customer service talked to fast and got irritated with me for asking her to slow down and repeat. Still can't get any info on my claim and unum is doing 0 work on any thing. Unum cant even contact my dr. I can go on and on but I've already waisted to much time and my money with them.

Your alarm is going off
I operate an office building adjacent to Unum's headquarters in Chattanooga Tennessee, and noticed that there are alarms going off on the fifth and sixth floors. I attempted to contact someone at the building to let them know that they need to do address the issue, but it's virtually impossible to find any sort of a contact number for the physical plant, so I resorted to contacting police nonemergency. It seems like the police were unable to locate anyone at the building either. I don't know what's going on, but for all the world it looks like someone broke into two floors of UNUM's headquarters and there is no one there to address the issue.
User's recommendation: If they can't manage their own headquarters, there may be a problem.
