Need to change my mailing address

I tried to call the company within minutes of making my order, as well as emailing, when realizing that I had entered the wrong mailing address. I was informed that I would be contacted prior to my order going out on Monday because it was after hours.
I also sent an email with the order number and the current address.
I just got a message that it has been shipped to the wrong address. Thanks a lot.

- - Packages went to 7313 Lindbergh Blvd instead of 7213; my number on the label let the Gentleman call to tell me he had them.
I live at 7213 Lindbergh Blvd the packages were delivered to 7313 Lindbergh Blvd. Someone at Untuckit put the wrong address on both packages luckily my phone # was on the label and the Gentleman was kind enough to call to let me know he had my packages.

Ordered items in November never arrived. After reaching out to UNTUCKit they informed me a new order would be assembled and sent to me.
UNTUCKit agreed it was inexplicable that no one had reached out to me about the order. And we await its arrival today, although the snow may now slow things down.

Slowest Refund EVER
- - Shirts didn't fit; cost wasn't justified.
- - I returned them 2-3 days later and June 28 email confirmed the return; no refund as of July 15.
So I ordered a few shirts, they didn't fit & frankly for the money I didn't feel like it justified the cost. I sent the shirts back exactly as instructed literally 2 or 3 days later.
I finally received an email confirming the received my return on June28th.
It is now July 15th & still no refund. Not only will I NEVER buy from this store again it will be my mission to ensure that nobody I ever come in contact with does either.

Misleading pictures of items for purchase
- - The shirts did not match the website images.
- - Only difference was a logo at the bottom front.
- - Refunds were slow and reviewer would not order again.
I purchase two shirts from "Untuckit". They show pictures on their website of the shirts as almost rounded around the bottom rather than the regular shirts with the cut up on the sides and long in back and front.
Of course their pictures showing you can wear the shirts on the outside. Well, there was no difference in the shirts they sent me and one of my husband's regular shirts...I compared the hem lines, it came to a long point in front, cut up on sides and long in back...only difference was their LOGO sewn on the tip of the bottom front. There was a picture of one of their shirts enclosed which of course looked like it was rounded...so I drew on the picture of what the hem line really looked like on the shirt they sent and returned the shirt. (I accidentally washed one of them, so I just donated it to charity).
I received an email on 12-18-17, saying you will receive a refund in 7-10 business days and if you don't contact them. I find this PATHETIC when it takes them 'seconds' to take your money when you order and it takes that long to get a REFUND???? I finally called them on 12-27 and was told 'oh yes, your credit will go back on your card tomorrow'...so 12-29, received an email saying you have been refunded. This so so PATHETIC when you return something to Target or just about anywhere else, you receive the credit back on your card in 2 days!
Obviously, I feel their product is VERY OVERPRICED and is not as it appears on their website. I would NEVER order from them again !!
