Scam company. Blames it in covid. Avoid at ALL COST. Paid for gold package, does not include superstorm agreements, have been trying to get ahold for refund but they are MIA. Wont answer calls or emails. If people are spending over $500 ANSWER THE PHONE

My divorce paperwork came back with a wrong address that I overlooked, Untie the knott could not get it straight after the correction, they provided the court with wrong names, wrong dates, outdated forms, asking for examples how to write things, failing to file my paper. I ended up doing the papers myself and they didn't refund me User's recommendation: Don't waste your money, kindergarden kids do a better job.
