Scam company. Blames it in covid.
Avoid at ALL COST.
Paid for gold package, does not include superstorm agreements, have been trying to get ahold for refund but they are MIA.
Wont answer calls or emails. If people are spending over $500 ANSWER THE PHONE

I paid for the best service money could buy to get me out of a miserable situation... not only have they delayed at every single step of the process, but..
most extraordinarily, my documents were rejected by the courts as they omitted a footer from one page. The documents were returned to Untie-the-Knot, where they remained in a pile of documents for over 6 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has caused a massive delay in proceedings and the divorce should have been long over and done with by now.
I am still waiting for an apology from management for the appalling management of my case.
Avoid these jokers, don't waste your time and money.

I emailed and complain about the service and like every other time they haven't even emailed me back.
My divorce paperwork came back with a wrong address that I overlooked, Untie the knott could not get it straight after the correction, they provided the court with wrong names, wrong dates, outdated forms, asking for examples how to write things, failing to file my paper. I ended up doing the papers myself and they didn't refund me
