One of my tv's is blanking out when I open the untapped application on the television itself. I've tried updating the menu and everything. I've tried restarting the tv itself.

No help person to person. I tried to call and get someone on the phone so I wouldn't have to email back and forth. It took me to an answering machine message which said they aren't checking the messages, and I should try the email.
