They are refusing to redeem 4000 points I earned.
This is a company where you earn money doing surveys. However, they cancelled my account without good reason and I am unable to redeem my points earned.
I earned over $39 worth. This is theft.
I earned 4000 points doing surveys on Unlock Surveys. One day they suspended my account.
I was unable to redeem my earned points because I was not able to log into my account once they suspended my account.
I have written them each week asking very politely to let me redeem my earned points. I simply just want what I rightfully earned.
Preferred solution: I simply want to redeem what I have earned
