Car had multiple alarms coming in on dashboard , 4 times was in shop to fix, drove it for 3 days and then found a pool of oil under the motor , owner Eric Rienze broke his word to buy back car if I had additional issues, After he received a complaint I filed he called screaming and yelling at me for doing so, even called me a child, did not ask why I filed the complaint or what he could do to resolve the issue -avoid Unlimited Auto Sales, Mt Sinai ,Ny

According to the contract if a third party finance company doesnt approve you you will receive your deposit back. In the contract there is no specific finance company mentioned so once my credit union approved (@ 3.9% APR with a payment of $296 per month) then denied the loan because of a red flag on the Carfax report they refused to return my deposit but said I had to go with the finance company they partner with (@ according to Trish over 20% APR with a payment over $500 per month.
