I live in Victorville, California and I wanted to get solar panels installed to my home because my light bill was wayyy too high. My neighbor recommended Unleash Solar and when I called, the workers were kind and helpful.

They provided all the answers to any questions I had and we set up an appointment. They came to my house and eventually I was approved. I got solar panels installed to my home and I am very satisfied with them.

My light bill was reduced and now I can use more energy around my home. I am so thankful I found them.

I had this solar panel installed year ago they didn't install correctly and they told us time of installment warranty and all that but when I asked to come and check my connection since I got high bill from Edison they are avoiding my phone calls and e mails. Company is fraud they took money and now they don't want to come help me understand system.

I don't see meter on my wall. They did lousy job in my house. Please don't have them install panel from unleash solar company.

I will try to pursue with them and see if I can see legal adviser.'called them 12 times and left 3 emails. They suck on customer service..

For 4 months Unleashsolar has refused to replace a "re-called" inverter. They always tell me that they will call me back and never do.

Now, they won't answer my calls. Sorry I ever dealt with this company. This has been a very expensive mistake. Avoid doing business with them.

Since calling them was not getting me any help, I decided to go to the business in Brea, California.

I got the same B.S. there. The owner and CEO tells me every time that he has been very busy and that he would handle the problem.

He never does. They don't seem to care.

What appeared to me to be a great place to work has become a place where the motto is 'Ready - Fire - Aim" I believe that UNLEASH SOLAR does not value its people and when I say people, I am referring to both customers and employees.... Unleash views it employees as disposable commodities, and in doing so, They are throwing away some of its brightest and most amazing talents."

If Unleash truly cares about the future of itself, they need to re-establish the foundation on the basis that the employees make the company successful and not the Executive staff...

They MUST create an environment where employees feel wanted and needed. They need to learn from their mistakes and NOT hide from them.

The focus should be on the customer and the employees satisfaction. If they don't, they will continue to burn out and lose the most talented resources as well as the almighty customer....

We engaged Unleash Solar to install solar panels for us. They gave us details and costs and duly arrived six weeks after we paid a deposit and the panels were installed.

This was mid November 2012. The contractor told us that the necessary paperwork for Energex would be submitted and we should ring Energex in a week or so and arrange a time for them to come out and fit the new meter required for solar power. We did this and Energex came out and told us they could not fit the meter because an isolation switch was not installed therefore they could not install the new meter. Between then - late November and the end of February numerous calls to unleash Solar were made and we were were told that the meterbox had to be upgraded and that the forms were never sent to Energex.

I asked why the contractor had said to ring Energex and why Energex had said a NEW form must be sent in - also we had specifically asked at the first meeting if our meterbox was suitable and had been assured it was. Then was told management would have to be informed by her. Six phone calls later we were told we would have to get an electrician in to install the switch. I said we had already paid them to do that switch - it was on the contract.

On this last phone call on 18-2-2013 I also told the person that Out roof had leaked when we had our first lot of heavy rain - Cyclone Oswald on Australia day weekend - due to the panels being screwed down on the lower ridge of the roof panels causing damage to 3 bedrooms. I was told that they would cover the cost of the roof repair but would refund the money charged to install the isolation switch and we would have to install that ourselves. To this day I have not heard from them and came across this page so am voicing my complaint. We have since had an electrician install the necessary switch - which did not entail a meter box upgrade.

I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. They are from Adelaide and came up to Queensland and probably ripped alot of other people off up here as well.

Through thix experience we are over $1700 out of pocket not to mention the amount of stress it has caused. I would urge other people contemplating Solar panel installation to make sure the company is going to deliver everything it says it will.

person in charge doing the job when asked that if we had to inform erg-on energy about the solar being arrange at my property he mention no we don't have do any thing after 6 months we being paying more bills as a disability pensioner

it's not affordable energy company inform that unleash solar should have given us forms to fill and send it to energy department so we miss out on feedback for 44 cent on power being fed back to the system and continue to pay bills human being had used as shield when companies ripping off families to sleep without having food in belly because for some families it's like a not in their guts.All Australian should know politics,religion destroys life very easily rather you die in war.

I have a 1.5kW system installed by Unleash Solar and it seems to be working fine. I had 2 x 1.5kW inverters installed and have ETSA SEG approval to 3kW.

I have been unable to get a reasonable answer from the installer, Unleash, on an additional panel kit for the upgrade with costs quoted to $4000 for 8 x 190W panels.

I would like to know if there are better value panel kits available in Adelaide.

I have also heard of faulty inverters and was keen to find out what brand of faulty inverters were supplied by Unleash in Adelaide

Already had a 1.5kw solar system with 44 cents feedin tariff, so decided I would upgrade system to a near 5kw system 3 months.I was advised by their salesperson in October, my tariff would be 16cent per kw, instead of 44cents kw. I have since found out I am entitled to no feedin tariff by SA Power Networks after Unleash install on 9/11/2012.I have rang them twice and sent two emails to their General Manager, with no response either on the phone or email.Bottom line is DONT BUY FROM THEM, shop elsewhere, they lie just to get the sale.

I ordered a system and still have not received they took my money and every time i call they tell me a different story i have turned them into the city and are hoping to get my money back I don't even think they are licence to do Solar. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are a scam.

You get what you pay for they are cheap panels.

I heard the panels that they use are really the cheapest you can buy in any market I guess I learned my lesson. They are from Australia new

Signed a contract for system- installment 6 months ago.Many calls from me to update the installment date were not answered or met with excuses and I was strung along. I asked for refund of my deposit after 6 months ( permissible under their own Terms Of Service ) and was either ignored or conned along. After further 16 calls to their management and threats of approaching ACCC,HIA,Fair Trading Council, it took another months to get the refund.
