Discuss auto ship
I had ordered autoship. However, since 2007 I have ordered 3-8 in increments.
When I decided to do automatic shipping, it was placed as though I wanted eight in each shipment. I had received a second authorship of eight and had nine still in hand. I needed to cancel and reactivate when these 17 are nearly all used.
The service person immediately understood my plight that I didn't need eight in each shipment and suggested cancelling and later reactivating. .
