You recently helped me resolve a redemption problem with a survey company within a couple of days of sending you information about my problem. Thank you very much. However it now seem that I am having the same problem with a different survey company. I am a 71 year old widow living on a very small social security check.I have been doing surveys for several years to help supplement my meager retirement income. On Oct. 2, 2017 I sent in my request to redeem my reward points for $26.78 from Univox surveys to be deposited in my Pay Pal account. When this did not show up in my Pay Pal account I phoned Univox and spoke to a woman. I asked her for her name, I asked her to repeat it twice, but unfortunately she spoke with such a heavy foreign accent that I could not understand what she said. I explained to her that although I use the e-mail address of nnyLyspyG@***.com for doing surveys, my Pay Pal account is under the e-mail address of VLBSales@***.com. She told me that they could not send my rewards to an account other than the one listed in their files unless the one listed in their files were also associated with my Pay Pal account. I also tried to change my Univox profile to using VLBSales@***.com as my e-mail address for Univox, but was unable to do so. Following her instructions I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Leon at Pay Pal and had the address of nnyLyspyG@***.com added to my Pay Pal account. Once again I called Univox and informed the lady that I spoke to that I had done as she had instructed. She sounded like the same woman that I had spoken to the first time I called. When the $26.78 was still not showing in my Pay Pal account a couple days later, I called Univox for the third time. Today is Monday, Oct. 16. Since making the third call and leaving a message, I have left three more messages. I also sent two e-mail messages to their help desk. As of today I have not received any call backs or any acknowledgment as to what the problem is. I really appreciate the help that has previously been provided by Pissed Consumer with other problem and hope that you will be able to assist me with this problem. I am sure that $26.78 is no big deal to a company like Univox, but to a widow with very limited income it means a lot. I have spent a lot of time doing their surveys and am very upset that they would try to cheat me out of what I have due to me.. The phone number for Univox is 1-86*-344-****. I appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this problem. Respectfully, Vicki L. Boyd
