I have had the worst experience with Dissertation Services. Although, you are supposed to hand in your work in your way. Dissertation services wants everything their way for publication. It is an awful process that sucks the life out of you. From losing your work to consistently asking you to change things that were fine before. After having a review of the dissertation they give you tiny little bits of changes making the process long, tedious...

Took 62 hours of doctoral courses with only one bad experience related to something out of my control (plane was delayed due to tornadoes for a seminar course in Phoenix, so they deducted one letter grade from the class). But the worst thing that happened to me was when I submitted my dissertation. Someone sent it back at the end of the semester telling me to make changes. I did, but had to enroll in another semester for $2000+ to resubmit. I...

My situation has to do with a loan. I was kicked out of school Dec or Jan which was before my 1year and 9 months was up. It was almost a year when i was doing classes online. Once i was kicked out, they asked did i waant to start over completely (i declined). Being a first timer, i didnt want to start over. Then i noticed a few letters and emaols i recieved saying i owed a load of $4000. Im not the smartest person in the world but when they...

I attended UOP from 2001 to 2005, I went to complete my BSN thru my MSN. Now, 2016 I requested a copy of my transcripts and found classes creditted to my BSN that I know I never took and only one Masters class reflected on my transcripts....as a result my reputation'S TRASHED, my career is in jeopardy oh, and i've been paying student loans ever since.

My name is Sarah Lopez. I have been incarcerated for the past 38 months. I have tried to call and speak with a representative about all the "collector bills" I have received over "dropping out of school." I still have not received a call back over this issue, and I feel that I do not owe all the amounts of money that the UOP is attempting to collect over this. I have proof od incarceration, and was told that as long as I went to school up until...

I came to UOP thought I was getting a good education, come to find out , I don't have no aid to complete my degree, was advised that the credit balance on my account may or may not be sent to me, but I could end up paying the school back. Yet I still have loans to pay and no degree. How do we get help , so that we can at least go to a school where you can get a actual degree? The purpose of applying for loans is to help fund your education. If I...

I signed up for UoP in 2008/2009 and it was the biggest mistake of my life. To start off I am disable with a mental disability so online school was something I really needed to keep my sanity. When I first called I talked to an adviser for over an hour talking about anything and everything I could think of. One of these questions included; What can I do with the extra payout that I get from financial aid and grants? Advisers answer: You can use...

These people are so incredibly full of it....... They cost twice as much as any other school and they lie about everything. I "graduated" back in June, its now mid october and i still have nothing to show for it..... I found out after my "last class" that I then had to take all these additional proficiency courses which I was never informed of until the end. Then they had the nerve to charge $50 for my diploma which will take another 50 days to...

This place is really a joke, and I don't know who we need to speak to legally but we need to act fast. I been here two years and three classes from finishing, which from recent research don't mean anything. But my last disbursement date was August 23, and after a week of waiting I called and was told it was being held due to internal audit randomly done by the school and it randomly selects accounts to view which I thought strange since I had...

I just withdrew or notified my enrollment advisor of my decision to withdraw. They gave me the same run around with my federal aid and loans, at first Lidia Bonilla told me it would be 30 days to receive my loans if i elected to get them sent to me first then i pay the school, it would be an extra 15 days if i elected for the funds and loans to go to the school first then to me so 45 days i elected for the loans to go to the school first then...

I have been approved over 60 days ago for federal grants and loans. University Of Phoenix is now with holding funds for over 60 days. My advisor let me know that if I filled out all my paperwork which I read thoroughly; the paperwork told me that I would receive my funds and loans within 30 days. Now UVOP is stating that they had a glitch in their system that will not loan anyone money for at least 120 days. I have spoken with upper management...
