The Text Book issued by compamny and service entitled "Numerical Analysis" is filled with errors
I have taught out of Burden and Faires text book entitled "Numerical Analysis" for over 15 years. Richard L. Burden died and his daughter took over and helped publish the 10th edition.
This book was error filled They referred me to Cengage who ignored my complaints.
All of the material and TA's were trained in B&F and I was forced to use that book in 2018 again. To replace it will cost a great deal in retraining TA's and revising the curriculum.
I need compensation for this lack of attention to detail and have been trying to use your complex system for over a year.
Your typing system is ridiculous. I have to rewrite every line when I wish to change things.
Anyone who answers the phone when they get around to it refers me back to this terrible systems
