Hung like a slave

i worked for kidney disease program under nurses, sharon copplier was the director of nursing and sarap hayes was nuese coordinator, i went in to 04:30 am and around 10:30 am a p atient aproached me yelling fooor me to come outside so she can fight me and the begining to say she was going to kill me. i was a disturbed by her behavior because i had not worked with this patient for a while. the nuse that was in my unit name tersa went to the door way to find out what was going on. and another grabbed her to escort her sown the hall. at 12am webt on break came back to unit was approached be team mate wo in formed me that patient had returned to the unit, when i was entering the unit i was approach nurse coordinator sarap hayes, to follow her to office she wanted the patient and i to sit down and discuss the , at the time i express to her i was upset and angry this was not the time. then she said if i had not went it was insabornation, and i could be terminated. i went as we go to her through the window the patiebt was sitting sarap hayes chair and to social workers were standing behind the the chair was in the door way.. sarap slid pass the patient , i never made it into the office. i stood in the door way and listen to this patient call me q thing but the child of god threatening me, and before i new it she reached into her pocket, and hit close range in my face with hand full of pennies, a tech came in abd grabbed her while sarap hayes signal for to call security by this time the policw was called, and they tried to arrest me. if it wasn't for one nurse i would have been put behind bars, police realized that after speaking to police and letting them no i was on the clock and that she ahd came back. when if was time for me to get off from work. they let me go the next day two guys requested me by name at the front desk and threw soda all over ne,the next day spray painted my car and busted out my windows, went to court to to take epo out on her, she ask the judge sadique reynolds to remove me from my positon, but she ordered a epo no contact. after retuurning to work epo was given to don. sharon coplier. this went on till they secided to fire me. i had appeals and hearing at hearing at uof l campaus, and still i place in the wrong, and was terminated. this is what i don/t they never followered there policy and procedure and and i will never forget how dr. jacob being in the hall when the police arrived and never once did he come to see about his employee, but that racism here in louisville .... i lost my job my home and my son.. and everyone went on with there life now i struggle.. to get back on my ft homesless now 7 yrs.
