Absolutely terrifying experience with UCHealth Pharmacy. They since August of 2025 are dispensing a Granules Pharmaceuticals generic fake Metoprolol batch that acts like a total placebo.

My heart rate and blood pressure went through the roof after taking it, despite years of being perfectly stable on my normal generic.

There is something severely wrong with the quality control of this specific supply chain batch. UCHealth pharmacy is putting cardiac patients at massive risk by distributing this junk.

I am a veteran that was treated for prostate cancer at UCHealth of Aurora, CO. The Choice Card Program via The Department of Veterans Affairs fee basis me to the location for treatment.

My initial service to the location begin in November 2018. The VA requested a complete copy of my medical records for the treatment process on May 5, 2019. A copy of the letter was sent to me that included a Release of Medical Records form. The document was signed and sent to UNHealth Release of Information.

As a precaution I decided to follow-up with a telephone call. The release department selectively chose to ignore the request for eighteen days and only responded after I contacted the Patient Advocate Office The department called and left a voice message in references to the issue and a call back phone number. Per stipulation as requested I called the department back. Again, days letter a voice message was left stating that the request had been fulfilled.

However, it was not stated the fulfill date.

The VA sent a second request dated June 13, 2018 stating the requested records had not been sent. To my veteran that are being treated at any UCHealth facility I suggest to PROCEED WITH STRONG RESERVATIONS

i came out i contracted piraderma gang dinosum and also a large scrical wound when i was in there i also have limeted unstable mobilty from the stroke thatwill last the rest of my life help me please

I work in Insurance, have requested several auths from UC Health, and they have filled the forms incorrectly and then stood by them billing in accordance to terms not offered on the form, which is direct violation of state laws.

I went here for a spinal condition I have had previous surgery for. The doctor ordered all the appropriate tests, but kept telling me there is nothing he can see causing my pain.

I know the horrific neck pain and subsequent dizziness, numbness in tingkling in toes, arm pain, etc is caused by something. Spine referred me to a neurologist at CU that dumped my care on my primary, which she informed me was not appropriate. Care at neurology department greatly lacking. No tests ran, just ordered pill, most of which were on the allergy list.

So now I am in excrutiating pain and my life has come to a halt because U of C does not care if patients are in extreme pain daily.

The pain clinic is a joke. I have been hurt by so many injections I refuse them. If you aren't ok with injections you get no help with pain whatsoever. I did go to p.t.

which was good. I was encouraged to find a pool and work out on my own, which I did. The only thing I do now is go to the pool for as long as I can stand it, before I am so dizzy and in pain and I am afraid I wilo pass out. The complete lack of medical care is appalling.

They dont care if you are crying in agonizing pain. I hope someone helps me soon because this pain is ruining any chance at life.

I started my search 12-1-14. Spine center.The DR.

performed two tests. An xray and E.M.R. My xray showed multiple layers of degenerated discs from neck to lumbar. The e.m.r showed pain impulses sent throughout my body,causing radiating pain to neck shoulders arms hand, fingers, legs and feet.

He hardly spoke to me never answered my questions ,never listened to suggestions others had been given to me, and said there was nothing he could do for me. I was taken aback. Never told me my results, no bedside manner. I felt foolish.

Still in pain I had to go to e.r. twice for help. the pain was too much. There it was the same.

Only difference they explained my problem but would not ease my pain. No meds nothing. Live with it. This cannot be happening I thought.

To this day I suffer unable to walk,, stand straight, carry myself ,open a can, groom myself,bath ,do my daily chores Help me to end this *** somehow. I cannot live like this. Depressed to the limit. Anxiety .What can I do.
