Broken Billing Software System
The UC Health billing software system is totally broken. The system sends text messages saying you owe money, yet the portal has a 0 balance.
This has been going on for 5 years.
When you call billing, no one has the power to fix this, and the call gets disconnected and you start over. Then a text says they're sending this to collections.

I have a referral from my doctor for a pain management appointment at UC Health. I called to make the appointment and UC Health refused to help me. What a bunch of low life, lying, ***

I have a referral from my primary doctor, for uc health pain management. The people in this department are arrogant, insulting, and unprofessional. They would not schedule an appointment for me.
