Need new account to pay car
Cant get anyone to assist me and I cant pay my bill online due to no one answering/no chat feature and no options

I need access to my $
I'm buying a house and trying to get black Friday deals paid for and I can't get thru to up the limit on my account because of the screwed up launch of their mobile app.I have 190k and I can't get an order that is 18 dollars over my limit to go thru.bi will need a transfer of 125k to the title company and I'm afraid y'all will screw that up for me.
It's embarrassing when you have the $ and you can't get what you NEED b/c of this and you can't get thru 31 calls ahead of mine!

Complain on UFCU lack of organization
UFCU is charging on line banking at the end of month causing many problems
for customer
Dont answer phone and sloppy role out of new bill bill system and not teaching
Employees how to operate new system.
Company leadership did plan or organize
As fast transition to new system.
Customers have to use other payment option and pay late fees to pay bills,
Total mismanagement of ufcu roll out
Someone needs to be fired
A high school kid could have done a better job
