I am sending this letter to inform you that On 4/28/2024 myself and my 5 year old daughter visited your park it was supposed to be a very special day but turned into a day of tears

How the *** yall about to leave me hangin AGAIN, i just got finished watching the Fast X movie. && *** AMAZING. But aye, why three hangers!! THREE!!! . Im already on the edge of my seat and yall just leave me like that. Ugh.
The Fast saga i can rewatch all day everyday. Everyone who makes the film from the writers,production actors/actresses background camera everyone i dont know all the specifics. Keep it up, but come one with 11!!!

Accident got injured
I never got a call back. I have left 3 voicemails and sent an email and never got a follow up.
I needed up in the ER with medical bills because of their neglect and they are not ensuring that I am ok or any follow up care.
The worst place! People in my party even witnessed them laughing at the video that showed my fall.

I went to Customer Service, and they told me that I had to send an email to request the refund of the money and that this would take approximately 10 days.

I need video of an incident that occurred while getting off tram.
On September 10, 2022. While on the last tram tour or next to the last tram tourMe and my wife and other family members where also on the same tour.
When I attempted to get off of the tram my son in law grabbed my ankle be knowns to me , he tried to hurt me. I am trying to see if I can acquire the video of the crime that occurred.

If your child was standing on something she had no business being on, security should have yelled at YOU! Nice going posting your address. You tried to post your email address and 2 phone numbers but this site blocked you. It is against the terms of service of this site to post personal details and yet you did.
I wonder, what are you expecting Universal to do? I have a hunch you expect to be offered free, all days passes as well as hotel accommodations.
your hunch is in correct and yes it was a mis post on my part i believed it was a window to their complaint dept i did not notice i had posted to a independent site so yes part way correct this is all just to get a formal apology if this offended anyone i will always defend my daughter maybe not always in the best way and these are my mistakes alone and i take my due for that i had a choice put the security gaurd in a hospital hurt him and the people that care for him or take it to the employers i chose the latter and not be ruled by emotions as i am right now .... ty for your input i will in future be more careful as to where i post and how. have a blessed day
Unless the security guard put his hands on you, your over the top “put him in the hospital “ as a viable option is concerning. I’m sure you got what you deserved.
