Verified ReviewerDon't get scammed!
Like others have commented, our business was contacted by this scammer trying to get us to accept 'samples' of their cleaning product. Despite denying wanting any samples, they found our address and mailed samples to us.
They then emailed an invoice for the product claiming that we owe them $1,000+ for their 'samples'.
Other than being somewhat amusing to watch this scammer try to sound professional and intimidating, it is a waste of time for our plant manager to have to deal with. Save yourself the headache, and just hang up the phone or ignore them completely.

Verified Reviewer | Fort Worth, TexasScammers!
They called and offered to send samples of their floor cleaner to try out. When the "samples" arrived they were not samples at all but two full cases with a packing slip!
Now they are trying to bill us for this crap that we did NOT order! Very shady people! I have called and left messages and NO ONE has returned my calls!!! Shady company to make their people lie just to get sales!
They should be ashamed of themselves!!! Finally spoke to someone and they said those were not "samples" but a trial.
We do not want this stuff and need to send back. Shady company!
User's recommendation: Slam the phone down on them!
Cold Call Scammers
This company emailed our Maintenance Manager regarding free product that they would like him to try. He accepted to the order.
We received it and he never got around to opening the product...$800 worth. He did not realize in the email that he had a 30 day window to try it and if he didn't like it, send it back. It is not past 30 days, I found out about it, and I am trying to send the product back. They will not accept it.
This is a scam at its finest. Can't even get an RMA to return it. DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL OFFERS OR PHONE OFFERS FROM THIS COMPANY! They accused me of being nasty and rude.
They talked over me, and would not listen to what I had to say. BBB will be contacted and the Attorney General's office will be contacted.

Verified ReviewerComplete Scam
Complete scam and a joke of a company. Fast talking want to send you something for "free", they have you verify your name and mailing address via email and as soon as you say "yes" or "Ok" in the email that gives them the authority to bill your company for the "free" items they want to send you.
If you look real close at the original email they send it has in small writing that "The materials listed are not free samples and returns are only considered for this merchandise within 30 days of receipt". We have told this company many many times to stop calling and to take our name off of their calling list with no prevail. Every month we get the same *** lady on the other end of the line wanting to send us something for "free".
So we set the phone down on the desk and let her talk to the wall. We figure that is one less customer they can screw over.

I only gave 1 star because there was nothing less. Ive been called by them four times and its the same spill every time.
Fast talking, let me get you a signed jersey, Yeti cooler, football tickets. I have hung up everytime and they keep calling.
Free trial not free
They issued a free trial then proceded to bill my company for $1300. I reached out to customer service which is a joke and was very rude when confronted with being a scam
Total Scam
Cold calls you and ask if you would like to try a sample of their product. They get your info and force ship you a couple of cases and then invoice you for an outrageous price.

Shady company does not respect Do Not Call List
On or about Aug 28th, our warehouse personnel, Roberto Villarreal, was contacted by a telemarketer from Universal Solutions with a 30 day free trial offer of consumable products. An email was forwarded to employee requesting shipping address to which he provided.
This employee’s tenor with our company was short lived. Hired 6.19.2018 and terminated 8.29.2018 and had no authority to accept any trial offer.
Our company has confirmed, telephone number registered on Do Not Call list 3/2/2018.
On Wednesday, October 17th, our office received an invoice from Universal Solutions via US Postal Service. The invoice was dated October 8th. Since it had no Purchase Order number, it was immediately recognized as unauthorized. Our AP personnel reached out to our purchasing department to confirm this was not an authorized purchase/delivery. Further searching, we did find the two boxed listed on the invoice in the back of our shop area.
Friday, October 19th, we contacted the telephone number on the invoice to arrange a return of the unopened boxes and was advised someone from Customer Service would respond. The following Monday, October 22nd, we received a call from Jessica Torres who advised us it was at her discretion to return products after the 30 day trial period had expired, and she does so frequently for an extra week or so, however at present, she was not so inclined.
We advised the boxes were unopened and not anything we could use with our business type (Cleaning degreaser) and offered to send them back again and again to no avail. She did forward a UPS note stating the package was ‘left at front desk’ which could not be accurate, as our accounting department sits at the front desks and had no knowledge of such, in fact these boxes quite likely were left at the front of our shop The “Received by” field references Villare (who was no longer employed with us on 9/6/2018 the day proof on delivery, that employee was no longer with us at that time.
We thought it odd that a business to business transaction would be so difficult and found online this company is notorious for this exact shady practice.

Scammy
They told us the sample they sent was free until you try it & like it, and want to buy it. For now it's just a "verbal invoice" with no cost so you can try out the product to compare to current brand.
They sent an invoice for almost $1,500 a month later! Filing a complaint with them now. Never even used the product because this seemed fishy & sure enough it was. I don't know how they are still in operation with all of these complaints.
Lets see if they even tell us we can ship the cases back, and the fact that we will have to pay to ship it back is just terrible. There's no way the BBB hasn't dropped them.
Universal Solutions Scam
This company mislead one of my employees into trying a sample of cleaner and pushed a free product on them just to try. the sample was free for 30 days, after 30 days of you liked it they would invoice you for $34.74 a qt.
The sales Rep mislead my employee and never told them that it was coming in a 20 qt. container. The product sat in our maintenance department and has never been opened. Then we get an invoice for over $700 with shipping for this.
I called them and have got nothing but a run around that a typical scam artist would do. The company has no quality assurance to record what the sales rep tell potential clients. I was told the shipping department would send me a confirmation email to confirm my address and shipping information (not billing). I received the email and glanced to confirm my confirmation number and correct address, but miraculously at the very bottom of the email is this $34.74 per qt (20 qt) statement.
they never said the email was a confirmation for pricing and they could not even put a total because they don't want you to see the difference in the email compared the sales conversation.
lastly, the shipping charge was some how exactly 10% of he invoice bill, hmmmm... you would think a confirmation email from the "shipping" department would have had a shipping blanket price of 10% too?
Deceptive sales tactics leads to unexpected $793 invoice
Universal Solutions (of South Florida) used misleading sales tactics to sucker us into buying $793 worth of cleaning materials we did not need or want. They spoke to one of our maintenance workers, who is not authorized to purchase for the company, and convinced him to try a free sample of their product.
He didn't even open the product, let alone try it. When we called to return the item, we were informed that they did not except returns after 30 days. Coincidentally, we did not receive the invoice until after that 30 day window. If we were talking about $40-50, then no big deal.
However, if he knew they were sending almost $800 in cleaning supplies, I can 100% guarantee he would have hung up on them. I was given the run-around by their customer service. They told me they can't accept returns after 30 days because the products may have been tampered with. I assured her they were all in their original packaging, but she insisted it was company policy.
Judging by the C+ rating with the BBB and the other 17 claims in the past 12 months, I am obviously not the first person to have this experience with them. They offered me a 50% credit which I am hesitant to accept because I feel a full refund is in order.
