They evidently haven't been getting into any trouble flat out lying about requirements, asking for intrusive docs totally unnecessary and would be of no help/ info they already have. Saying they are doing something and then simply not.

The state of FL should have no reason to wonder why people are furious. Harassed with non-sense emails for months, sudden "discovery" that the policy wasn't written properly and that they are retroactively keeping the money far beyond the days of the policy at cancellation, no break down sent. DO NOT USE.

Extremely out of bounds. Total planned scam.

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not use Universal Property & Casualty or Nsure -- it's a scam between the two

They never sent me the funds they owe me (even with all the junk and the price increase they would be keeping). They never even sent a breakdown of the refund for the scammed amount -- isn't that crazy? They send a check with no documentation of the amount -- whatsoever -- and think that's fine, a standard business practice.
