They are very Rude and Unprofessional

I spoke with Tara. She spoke very fast trying to get a yes or ok out of me. She already had all my company information. Told me there was no cost to me and I could decide yes or no after our trial ink was used. When I got a call from Richard to confirm, he said they would be sending the invoices a week after to get payment. I canceled because that is not what I agreed to. Tara called me back with a HUGE ATTITUDE. In a loud voice asked why I was canceling. I told her we were not interested. She said WHY. I told her we were no longer interested, she came back with, IT'S THE SAME PRICE AS WHAT YOU PAY NOW. I said thank you, but no thank you. She said OK, REALLY COOL and hung up on me. If this woman is a professional and does customer service for a living she should really reevaluate how she speaks to people. I would never buy anything from her or this company

Non HP Cartridge

Price quoted was slightly lower ($116 vs Staples $120) plus try "one free" offer was enough to say Okay. I can try, if no good will return. That got me the "sales manager" on the line. Ink cartridges arrived 2 weeks later. Packaging looked good. Weight was almost 2x our HP ink cartridge. So far so good, right? I removed the 1/2 spent B&W cartridge and put in the new knock off brand. All good, until my printer froze up and put jobs in the *** until I removed the NON HP brand once this message appeared "one or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove and replace". HP printer qwerk, or ?

Universal Printing Solutions Work Experience Review from Denver, Colorado

Just wanted to say that I have been working for Universal Printing Solutions for about 3 and half weeks now, and all of the reviews I've seen on here are accurate but for good reason. When that guy Carlos calls and is pushy it's not because that's the person he is and the kind of person UPS would hire, but the person that is reading a script given to him by said employer and he would get fired if he were to stray from it. It's as simple as that. Not to mention if you want us to stop calling your company then all you have to say is "take us of the call list." Simply hanging up won't get us off your back unfortunately.

Unprofessional Sales Call

I just received an unsolicited call from Carlos at Universal Printing Solutions at the non-profit organization where I am employed. It was the most unprofessional experience. I am in the executive office and have a handle on our office operations. After Carlos stated his purpose for calling, I informed him that we were happy with our current printing supplier. Carlos then countered that this was not his question and he needed to talk to someone who was in charge of ordering supplies. I let him know we were happy with our supplier but thanked him for calling. He continued to badger me asking for an individual whom no longer filled a position relevant to his request. When I asked for a company name and number that I could pass along, he would only respond that he would wait while I transferred him. This happened several times. As he would not comply with my request I finally thanked him for the call and hung up the phone. Carlos was rude, insolent and gave no regard for us as a potential customer. Our organization will never be using Universal Printing Solutions after this experience.

Their *** Ink ruined my printer. They never sent a return label to return the other inks.

Called their 800 Customer Service and off that bat treated with an attitude. Even when pointing out this to him, he was f--en RUDE!!!

Way to do business.

DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

The sales people were very friendly. .. I received my cartridges quickly and was impressed with the quality considering they run so much longer than my regular hps at a lower price. Customer service calls were helpful asking how the cartridge was doing and what I thought about it. They were never pushy,didn't request financial information over the phone and there weren't any trick contracts or anything like that. My cartridge is still going strong 7 months later when they usually last maybe 4 w/hp. I have found an answer to the ridiculous cost of ink and it's called Universal Printing solutions! -

This was obviously done by someone at the company. I found the same type of ink on amazon for literally 1/20 th of the price they wanted to charge.

I'm actually not inflating that number.

they wanted to charge $520 for an ink cartridge that I found online for $25. Check online for the ink before you buy from this company.

I don't know where to go for a good review so I guess this will work. Universal Printing Solutions was more than a pleasure to work with. Although at the end of the test cartridge we felt our current vendor was still a better fit, Greg was awesome. The cartridge did run almost 9 months ( usually we get 5) Greg was never hasty or demanding through the test. In a period of 3 calls, months apart Greg would call to check on the cartridge and our opinion. At the end of the test when we crunched the numbers the cartridge proved savings but we are suckers for being able to go down the street, kinda my time away from the office. Greg simply asked that I pay return postage on the second cartridge and shredded my invoice. I think that's more than fair considering the Lexmark cartridge we buy are over $300. I recommend the test, and we will use this company for a backup vendor if ever necessary.

I had the best call with a gentlemen named Mike Ferris over at universal printing. This salesman answered all my questions with confidence and humor.

He not only sold me but he also had me cracking up over the phone.

Im so happy with my cartridges performance. They run better, longer and darker than the o.e.m..

I would recommend this company any day, ask for Mike, he's great!!
