- - I sent front and back photos, the disc, receipt, tracking, and the code page as proof.
MULTIPLE Phone calls emails and even twitter postings and I STILL have no code . Buyer beware !!!
I received a code that expired after the product was shipped. I e-mailed customer service, not only did i provide pictures of the front, back and the actual disc, I ALSO provided a copy of the receipt as well as the tracking of the blu-ray and the page with the code and they have taken over a week to provide a new freaking code.
The front advertises a digital code so it shouldnt be an act of god to provide a code when I submitted proof that the product was purchased after the expiration date. !

Bridesmaids Digital code will not work
- - Blu-ray code is invalid.
- - Older Universal codes are often not honored due to stock rotation.
- - I prefer digital downloads to watch anywhere.
Christmas gift. I opened the blu-ray and the code comes back as invalid.
The older a film is from Universal the chances are they will not honor the digital code. I really love digitalk downloads because I can watch the movies anywhere.
When I buy an older film the studios seem to not honor the codes. If a store doesn't rotate the stock properly you will get screwed!

they provided me with a different company's site on which to redeem the code. I don't know why they couldn't have advised me on their first email and why I had to sen them proof (redemption code) if their codes are all redeemable elsewhere..
I bought a sealed movie and the digital code has expired (The Zookeeper's Wife). I see no expiration date within the tiny disclosures. I contacted Universal on their site (https://www.uphe.com/en/contact-support) as a "Contact Us," but all I received in return was an email containing only the information I sent them, from this address () with no comments from Universal.
