LikeI was so impressed with the service I received here. It was so refreshing to pull up and get out of my car without a salesperson hovering over me. I appreciated having some time to look at the vehicles out front and have some private conversations with my husband about the vehicles before talking to a salesperson. Once I decided what I wanted to test drive we went inside. The receptionist asked how she could help us, and if we were there for service or to purchase new or used. Once we told her we wanted to purchase new, she looked across the showroom to see who was available and hooked us up with Alexis Vazquez. He was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions without laying the salesmanship on thick. Turn off #2 for, next to accosting me in the parking lot. He immediately got the vehicle we wanted to test drive and took us out, getting a feel for our likes and dislikes and giving us what I thought to be honest feedback and comparisons to other makes and models we were considering. After the test drive, he showed us other interior/exterior color options. We were sold. We went inside and sat down with him to make a deal. We werent pawned off to another person for that process. Turn off #3. If Im working with you, I dont want to be switched over to someone else to close a deal. We were not financing which made it a lot simpler. We agreed on a price within 5 minutes, he got the approval, and before you know it we were driving off in our new vehicle. It has been about a month now and I am very happy with my purchase. First class Service

I recently came in for an oil change and I must say there customer service is first class. I was greeted immediately and within 5 minutes I had met the service writer, the service manager said hello and the VIP representative showed me the latest incentives on the new cars. They had free coffee and water as well as a first class deli sandwich bar. I was able to catch up on a few calls, see the latest new deals from the VIP department, have some great coffee and a freshly baked muffin, and within no time at all they were calling me for completion and departure, plus my car was washed and vacuumed out... wow now that service all with in 35 minutes! Thanks Universal - Bill ... a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Altima
