RIP OFF ALERT
Ordered the Rush, Studio Album box set on November 8th, 2024, now the 24th of January 2025, and nothing. I should have known better, as this is a blatant *** lie!
This box set was a Rhino Music exclusive limited to "3000" sets, and of course, it's sold out and now goes for 3X the sticker price. Website "claims" delay in shipping date, now the 29th of January 2025(pic attached), and the 4th date change! I'm emailing Rhino Music to advise them of these scammers and bullshitters! Universal Music Canada claims to be based in Toronto, yet phone number, email addee, and shipping are all in California.
Admit it, you don't have it, and you are not getting it!! LIARS...THIEVES...IF I COULD GIVE YOU A "0" RATING I WOULD!!

Paid for order, never shipped, no refund & no customer service
They still have not answered emails. They refuse to answer messages on social media.
When they do answer it's only to tell us to email them. We email them, only to get generic auto reply message and no customer service rep will respond. They won't provide a number to call for customer service . Scammed out of money.
All while they keep advertising items for sale on their website . Why is this allowed?
Placed an order on Dec 7, to ship Dec 13. No item has been shipped.
No emails answered. No refund. Had to file a fraud claim at bank/credit card company to get money.
Filed complaints with: Better Business Bureau, CBC, W5, Consumer Protection Ontario.
Also left over 21 messages & comments on social media (Facebook & Instagram). Tried calling, but no one answers the phone.
Apparently they post that items are "available", yet when you order, pay you get nothing.
Absolutely the worse company to order from.
DO not order at all. Avoid.
