Persons named Jeff Andrews and Jessi Mays represented themselves as part of your company who could get my patented ininvention

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Persons named Jeff Andrews and Jessi Mays called me, out of the blue, representing your company. Mr.

Andrews, ultimately, convinced me that he could get my patented invention idea in front of buyers for retail outlets under your license agreement. I have to admit that I was pretty nervous, but I agreed to accept his help . He was definitely a professional at convincing. This happened in August, 2018.

My complaint is that I not only was defrauded of a large sum of money, but also my invention protype which they asked me to send to them to introduce my invention idea. They used the name of your company, but the address they gave me was different: 10330 W. Roosevelt Rd, Westchester, IL 60154. ph.630-225-**** and 630-613-****.

Can you assist me in locating these individuals please.

I believe they are fradulently using the name of your company to run this awful Scamming Business. My name is Cleo Cherry, and my number is 334-312-****, hm. 334-613-****.

I live in Montgomery, Alabama. I would appreciate any assistance.

Thank you,

Cleo Cherry

Don't Bother.

called me to discuss licensing my product. I was so excited.

I told Marvin Jones, I had no money.

He said he it was fine. This was not going to cost me anything.

He was to call me back in two weeks. Never called me back.

SCAM - just want inventor $

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Got a call supposedly they want to market my invention. Then they want $7K to supposedly license it to others, and I only get 15% of what they get?

Really?

Check them out. Their website address is brand new - they are NOT a legit long term company, just scam artists!

Got scammed out of quite a sum of money for so called licensing and connections with manufacturers. They send me an e-signed legit contract but I never heard back for them ever again for there so called monthly updates.

I heard there was a class action lawsuit against Universal Manufacturing Company/Jeff Adam or Andrew but forgot where I clicked on it.

thanks for reading R. Davis

Thank you for the warning. They contacted me too and wanted $7,000 and they'd give a 15% royalty. This guy name is Steve Adams that made the offer.

I was also contacted by the same Steve Adams and exactly the same offer was proposed to me. The 7,000 to help with the initial investment was my fee and they take care of everything and my percentage was the same 15 %. Thanks for the info....

I was also contacted by Steve Adams with exact same offer, $7000 & 15%. Wanted to move quickly to sign doc and pay fee.

When asked where their Mfg. Facilities were located in the US he said that was proprietary info.

Very vague and broad answers to questions. No answer on business phone listed on website.

My invention must be better than yours, Steve Adams offered me 20% for $7K.

Total fraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This company and Jeff Andrew seems like a total fraud. Nothing about them is true.

All the articles, employee reviews, and YouTube videos are completely faked to make them look legit. Site says founded in 1999, site not even registered until 2/2018. Not even registered in the State of IL as required by law. Coveniently all their articles and employee reviews were after 2/2018 and NOTHING before.

Even their company profile on Crunch is fake. Previous company name Global Manufacturing Corp. They troll newly issued patents and try to scam the inventor. I don't even think the CEO Blake Myers exists and I don't think Jeff is his real name either.

Stay away and don't give ANY invention company your money. Go buy a licensing book online for $20 to get started.

Thanks for the warning. They contacted me as well.

The company address from their website does not show up on Google maps.

The name he is using is Marvin Jones. They seem very confused and disjointed when talking to them.
