Said i had a loan and did not , then refused to send my refund

This company pretty much promised me a loan with a company of their choice had to pay a fee to them of $70.00, Then another $55.00 to another company called Universal Financial. Which denied me the loan.

So then Ac was suppose to refund my fee of $70.00 from them and the $55.00 from Universal, thats what the manager Steve told me. Then I heard nothing for weeks and kept calling Steve and then he changed his phone number so I could not call him any more!!!!

I have tried calling the co. and writing letters with no responses........................
