Look how the business owner Mitchell Lynn wrote to his client 6 weeks ago, on May 1, 2024 "Price 2500. Itemized bill. 1850 implant 350 extraction 300 Bone graft"..But MF charged my wife for the same procedure $2,000 + ALSO $1,500 for a nonexistent and unnecessary denture (she already had an excellent one). SO HE STOLE FROM US $3,500..Please read dozens and dozens of complaints by his previous clients.

SEE THEM ON YELP AND OTHER WEBSITES. Ratings by clients 3 out of 5 Some are "excellent" - only because they were written by him, his family, peers, employees... He is rude, and unprofessional, runs the dentistry illegally because he is not a dentist, and dentistry owner must be a dentist by profession.

Laforge, Mr. Lynn's attorney saying: "This is clearly a malpractice case", plus adding negligence and failure to finish the job affirm the obvious CRIME,,,(29). Lynn's office wasn't PREPARED TO DO SURGERY; WERE NOT PREPARED FOR SURGERY, NO PROPER CHECK-UP OF HER HEALTH. .. (34) BECAUSE OF THOSE MISHADLI...NGS, ANA SUFFERED BRAIN STRO 1.13.2021... (35) DOCTORS IN E.R. SAID THAT THE STROKE WAS IN DIRECT CORRELATION WITH THE SURGERY AND THAT ALL DONE IN MITCH'S DENTISTRY WAS TERRIBLY BAD AND RECKLESSLY. . This, plus negligence and failure to finish the job affirms an OBVIOUS CRIME... (37) MY WIFE IS CRIPPLED, CANNOT WORK ANYTHING AS BEFORE AND STILL SUFFERING A LOT, ALL BECAUSE OF DENTISTS' TERRIBLE WORK IN MITCH'S DENTISTRY... (38) On Yelp Jan 26. 23 I wrote the EARNING by telling: ..This is a scam-style dental practice looking only for their interest (money) and NO regard for customers. The owner insisted on full payment upfront; charging double the advertising price; not giving the receipt, nor (as promised) a written proposal of the negotiated work. Be careful, their advertisement is only to bring you in, than to deceive and dupe you. They are liars and cheaters who charged my wife for 2 implants (no abutment, no crown - only implants) an astronomical amount of $9,000, and their new advertising says clearly the price $99 per implant. She even finished, and stayed 5 days in Hospital because of their "work". We dropped them after realizing how bad that dentistry is. Asked for the money to be returned, but the owner never bothered to do anything. More than 2 years passed, and we still didn't get any money back, so we had no choice but to sue them. You need to read over 3 dozen terrible complaints by their clients on Yelp: very bad experience...it is a scam dental place ...traumatic, nasty, unethical behaviour...they pulled scams and are crooks... Mithelle R. 2020 ...This summer I went iintouniversal dental Fort Lee to get a free consultation to start some work that I needed done... at first everything went well, they had given me a temp bridge, made of plaster, to hold me over, which was cool becuz I thought I was gonna get a permanent one soon... but on my second visit where they where supposed to pull a tooth to start the process in my dental work... and by the way he opened a credit line and charged the card immediately without my knowledge...everything went bad... I didn't realize they would be pulling a tooth while I was up, not even in the twilight which I was scared and was causing me pain ...so I began trying to get a moment as I was starting to cry. Well, the assistant in the room didn't like that, and began treating me bad and told me to go to waiting area and then came ...and asked me to leave. Of course I was mad because I really needed work done on my teeth. And they called police on me becuz I was confused of - why I couldn't finish things which started getting worse. As the days and months passed the plaster bridge broke and every time I try to call so we can have a conversation on the work and to let them know my bridge broke they won't talk to me and said: nobody likes you here so now I'm going forward to the board of dentistry to file a suit against them honestly I really don't want to I prefer to just get the work finish as my quality of life is in the gutter. I'm embarrassed to talk; I'm so glad at work, I couldn't imagine going everyday and after all Universal Dental did charge me 4000$ for nothing. Never go to them. Yours Truly, Michelle ... Implants loosen and each time I go back here I get charged an astronomical amount as if the implants weren't expensive to begin with. Please take your business elsewhere and do your research thoroughly... (III) Michelle E B. 2022 Don't go there. this is scam a dental place. They requested paid full payment at front with no receipt. Which they told us they put it on computer. We paid two teeth. Dental said two teeth can't do it in same time. We finished one tooth at last summer. We come back this summer to do second one . But they told us we didn't paid second one. We asked them to check the computer. They refused to do it. Owner is very nasty told us to get out here.. (IV) Yvonne S.2022 Don't go, your teeth will fall out! They do not screw them in, they glue them in. My supposed permanent teeth were loose day 2 and they fell out on day 6. I went back and they said we will put a stronger glue in and they would stay in. A week later they fell out, they said they did not want to permanently glue, "GLUE" them in in case I had a problem with one of the implants. I paid for two consultations and both of the clinics said it was absolutely a poor job. I will be sending them a Certified letter requesting my money back, otherwise I will be reporting them to New Jersey Board of Dentistry. It's going to cost me 14,000 to correct the problem. Managers lie... (V) Edward L. 2020 This is a scam style dental practice with no regard for customer care. They work at a very slow schedule and will pass you off from new dentist to confused new dentist. The regional phone receptionist never knows who you are, constantly treats you like a new patient, and sometimes pretends she can't find you in the system. They will blame you for double booked appointments at both locations to help confuse you even more. They offer you an enticing package deal that includes quality Zirconia crowns, then use cheap metal infused junk instead. They will insist on half payment up front , and drag you along for months with no regard for your health. Be Careful of the "Bait and Switch", and keep a journal for your court date!! .. Beware as once you start work there you are trapped. I went there for an implant crown in March and they just placed it in May 21/2018. They did not screw the crown like they were supposed too and instead cemented it without giving me options. There is no one to complain too. When I asked to see the doctor to have him screw the crown down I was given an appointment for July...I have repeatedly asked to speak to the doctor or owner of practice and all I get are the receptionists or business managers. They are rude and don't give one a straight answer. I have requested information on where my crown was fabricated and they refuse to give me this information which I have a right to know under HIPPA This place is not run like a normal doctors office and I am so sorry I came here. I don't wish this on anyone. Update on three years later and I had to replace crown as it was not done properly. Went to a reputable dentist and what a difference in how the crown fits and looks. My experience in this place was traumatic. Supposably the expert in crowns was nasty, rude and unprofessional. Their prices are not so great either as they charged me 1500 for a implant crown that did not fit properly and they never took an x-ray and made me feel like they were doing me a favor. New dentist charged me $2000 clean office, pleasant and best part guarantee on work. He , took x rays throughout the fitting and only took 2 weeks. Probably because he used someone in area and not in China. They claim the dental lab they work with is in California but are not able to give an address. I had the misfortune to be a witness to how they run their business while they made me wait for two hours until crown expert could see me. This other dentist, not looking very professional with dirty ked slip ons, was more involved in his texting than listening to prospective client who was telling him sad story about chemo treatment that affected her teeth. He only perked up when he started calculating how much it would cost her to replace teeth and immediately ran to get one of the minions that work there to sign contract. Again, violation of Hippa, no compassion, unethical behavior and no professionalism. Worse part, they did not do examination and x rays until she signed contract and gave deposit. "I know how technology works so I doubt you know who I am beyond guessing. Regardless, the point is this office is trying to intimidate those who complain and cover itself by attacking them like calling me difficult which I have not been at all. Lets finish the job and go our separate ways. Unethical safety practices even if allowed by law. I was there recently and the owner had both of the little waiting rooms PACKED with patients and all procedure rooms occupied. One room has no windows, only central air ventilation that has been shown dangerous for spreading the virus without virus filters. The other waiting room had a window air conditioner blowing air all over. The right thing to do is what responsible practices are doing: One to two patients at a time inside the office and waiting in your car when you get there. This unfortunately is an assembly line practice. Shame on you. I am obviously not using my real name because I still have many appointments there to finish my dental work, which I now regret... (IX) R R 2019 Bad experience with dentists at this practice with major procedure over $16,000. Teeth implants were done but caused me great pain for months after. Went back a few times and just made it worse. I went to a few other dentists that advised that the implants were not done properly. The dentists at this practice refused to give me dental implants serial number, which I needed the serial number to fix the procedure with other dentist. I would not recommend this dentist... 2016..Mitchell the owner of Universal Dental is very nasty and a thief!!! He is being reported to the better business Bureau and will steal your money!! They took $3,000 and did not provide my crowns! He is a LIAR AND A NASTY DOSGUSTING LOWLIFE CHEATR!!! They make sure you come in for your appointment to then hit you with a huge bill.
