Apollo x8p compatability with mac update
Hello, my name is James Hartle and i just bought an apollo x8p and I'm having trouble connecting the apollo x8p with my brand new mac. I already updated my mac before buying the apollo assuming it would be a quick driver download and plug and play... can you please give me guidance so i can use this expensive hardware?

Resolved: No audio signal for Apollo twin
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Use Sweetwater one of the UAD distributors.
Awesome support and identified my issue in minutes. I will use them going forward!
No progress and absolutely no contact in days either by person or by message of any kind since the ticket number was issued.
The issue with my new Apollo Twin showing no signal from the mic is still open. I was given a ticket number but there has been absolutely no contact from the customer support for days.
I thought at least they might honor the warranty on new equipment I can verify was bought from one of their distributors but there has been nothing, not even an estimate.

Resolved: 2nd iLok License Activation Issue
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. He solved my deposits license issue.
I bought a "Custom 2 Bundle Pick Any 2 Native Plugins" where I chose Manley Massive Passive EQ and Capital Chamber
and I bought separately Helios Type 69 with a custom bundle using my two coupon codes on 26th March 2024.
I have two iLok, these plugins already activate my 1st iLok, but I want it in my 2nd iLok so I purchased it again. But in my iLok
account it is not showing 2nd license.
I bought Helios Type 69 Native Plugin on 27 March 2024 for the second iLok.
I bought it a second time. But it is not showing a second license. I am facing the same problem.
I attached an iLok screenshot with the invoice.
I have another double plugin which works properly with both iLok. Please fix it as quickly as possible.

Non existent customer support
Purchased a product 01/08/24.
Went to authorize said product, authorization failed.
Followed video support suggestions, to no avail after 2.5 hours of effort and a variety of recommendations.
Reached out to tech support, and only received digitally generated response.
That's unacceptable for a company of this size, popularity, and stature.

I got a apollo twin x quad interface...is it compatible to a mac studio m1 ? Since mac studio m1 is thunderbolt 4 ...and the apollo is thunderbolt 3...if I connect thunderbolt 4 to the apollo would it work?
