Owning a customer 222 dollars
I'm behind in my bills. Because of u failing short on your monthly payment of 222 every month.
I'm a widow and my son's are out on their own and I have just my disability to reply on. But thank you for Not helping me.

Automotive assistance thru LYFT left me for 8 hours !!!
3-4 X making app. And motive care is no show !
I get to my apt 9/16/22;12:30 and made the call or will call 2:21 P.m.scheduled Return ride!
Started storming, (live in the lightning cap of this world) moved to 7/11 on corner to stay safe and dry, 10:30 pm car did arrive, stop to get wine, Lyft text, everything ok we see you have been stopped a while, WTF 50+ calls trying to get home & this after 5 min in a stop is you all ok, REALLY I mean REALLY, I am 50+ disabled and spent over 8 hours in rain and lightning and flipping better than 50 calls to motive care and navigation at United, ask for Supervisors and fail multiple times, call back ask again, Oh they're going to call you, WHEN FOR Gods sake, this is utterly unacceptable I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE !!! Pissed consumer doesn't cover this one in phrasing!!!
Preferred solution: A lawsuit and a healthy sum to make sure this doesn’t happen to me or anyone again !

There are no Mental Health Facilities in Florida (decent standard), that accept this plan.a
l have called UnitedHealthCare Dual Complete plan several times to obtain mental health/ addiction treatment for my daughter. Two facilities were given White Sands Treatment Center in Tampa, Fl., Fort Lauderdale Behavior Health Center both are terribly substandard and unable to treat someone with the complex mental health issues my daughter has.

Preferred solution: You need to provide some recourse for individual with mental health issues and live in Florida. You shouldn't sell Rehab's inferior, at that and put a psychiatrist on staff and call it a mental health treatment center.

Very poor prescription refills
Every medicine that is prescribed to me is an issue. I soon on the phone today for at least two hours back and forth calling and it was impossible.
It was a circle. I would like to sue this insurance if possible!
Drs prescribe meds because u need it and they dont cover it. Its my health they are playing games with.

They have not contacted me one time. And still can’t get my prescriptions even with dr verification.
It’s a shame on them if something happens to me I will forward this and sue them. Drs don’t give meds to patients unless there is a chronic problem. And I have tried every alternative.
I am pushed very passed. Karma is BIG.

I was living in ny, I was in pain management for many many years, due to a spinal, and neck issues. I was on 80mg of methadone.
I got hurt, lost my job, waiting on ssi, and ssd, and I moved to NJ. Wrong choice, they gave me United healthcare, well, its almost three years I still have no doctor helping me, I had to detox myself off that much medication, no one would continue giving it to me. Now I am in pain again with my spine, and basically back where I started almost five years ago.
They wont pay for injections, I lost all my teeth except for the front ones, they deny everything. I just need help.n
