Inaccurate info

Hi. The sign on link to log into receive my ID electronic cards does not work. The site is also telling me that 5406 is not the last 4 of my SSN which is also incorrect. In other words, nothing Im doing is working. The link sent to me by US health group does not work. I want to locate electron ID cards but it seems nearly impossible to do so.

I had another health insurance. Got a letter from United Health Care & then United Health Group & didn't sign up for either. Many abusive things have happened, my records are a mess my address was illegally changed due to fraud. Neither did much about it.Now, I am going through Identity theft.Laesuir!

The phone doesn’t even ring!!!!!!!!!!!

I am unfortunately a Humana Medicare patient. After certain tests were performed on me; my doctor(s) submitted a bill (s) for payment. As well as anyone with a functioning brain knows that health insurance always has a cap on the maximum amount they will pay. Someone is trying to force me to pay the balance from tests that were performed on me! I have NEVER EVER agreed to pay any balance(s) that my insurance doesnt pay! I am being told that if I dont pay the balance it will go into collections. If and/or when that would happen collections WILL STEAL MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! I am retired and on a fixed income. I can barely feed myself and pay my bills now. I need ADVOCACY!!

Voicemail was left poor articulation and bad phone number

Someone called me today and left me a mumbled, unintelligible voicemail. It was a female, but other than that, that's about all I could determine from the message she left. The only way I knew it was United Health Group that called was because the phone number was from United Health Group, it was a one way number I couldn't call it and talk to someone. The voicemail this person left was inarticulate, and I couldn't understand a word the person was saying it was mumbled and garbled, all I got out of it was the last four digits of a phone number 1253 and that is probable at best. Please inform people who are calling the patients, and they leave a voicemail, to please articulate their words and speak at a level that is understandable. That's just overall an excellence in business practices. So at this point, I still don't know who called and what they wanted from your organization. And that you even have a web link Pissed Consumer should speak volumes to you about how you should manage and improve your customer service. Barbara McSpadden

Had to threaten legal action to get paperwork

Former employee. Trying to get paystubs for bankruptcy filing. Have called FOUR times. Each time I get the run around and am told it will take two business days. Waited business days, nothing. Finally I called and said if I don't get the paystubs within two days that I will hold them responsible if my legal proceeding is dismissed. Maybe they will use urgency now. Oh and not to sound racist, but maybe if they hired inside the US then thier employees would understand what legal proceeding means.

My mom has Lewy Body Dementia and I signed my mom up with United Health care in Oct/Nov 2016. I have now faxed to them 5 times the POA I have on my mom and had to call today 2-27-17 5 times just to get the name of the Mail Order Co and review with them what medications are on the formulary with them and which ones are not. I spoke to a Jonh at 4:25PM today 2-27 and called back because he was not able to assist me even after I faxed the POA again for the 5th time today. Then I spoke to a David C. No help. Spoke to a Lynn she was no better. 4th call I just hung up. 5th Call I spoke to Shawn who put some guy on the phone whom claimed to be the CS Supervisor. So my question is how many times does it take for UHC to receive a fax showing I am my mothers POA? Mind you I have all the proof of Fax recieved. now if I am sending the fax to the wrong fax number a consumer can only go by the Fax number being provided by the skill lacking Customer Support representative that truly does not give a care for those they claim to insure. Worst company ever. I will see what I can do to remove my mother from this awful company. I was going to put my aunt on this plan too, but after today's pleasantry's I am out. I love how you can get the names of all the VP's for UHC Group but no mention of an email. They just want the names out there and they get paid their millions and they just dont care about the everyday AMERICAN CITIZENS that have paid into this Medicare program and this is how our Seniors are treated handled. Shame on you UHC!!!! YOU SUCK.
