211 should go as well as the workers

211 should be shut bdon for several reason. I have had several representatives who were rude.

Very unprofessional. clearly no customer service training. 211is a waste with no reliable resources. How do we get rid of 211 and there incompetent customer service reps as quick as possible.

Epic fail.

I would like some feed back on how I can submit a petition to get rid of these ghetto 211 reps. We are wasting money giving to people who is ding nothing but sitting on there hides wasting time.

Favoritism and racists among them

United Way 211 wants bi-lingual workers at call center, but the Hispanic employees get constantly harassed. Hispanic employees can't seem to do anything right.

Call center work is stressful enough as it is. Some of the OTHER employees GET AWAY with using homophobic words, talking across the call center, making unnecessary noise and not getting enough surveys. The head honchos that are in the main office next door are oblivious or just don't care about what really goes on. FYI: Their training leaves a lot to be desired.

Extremely too much to memorize. New employees need to know everything by yesterday.
