If you can call them, they will pass the buck, untill you give up.

I just purchased a new US stove from Menards, they didnt have it in stock so had to order it directly from US stove. When it came it was missing a small blower motor, screw packets and one of the big blower motors for the back.
Called US stove about the missing parts and the operator was a real jerk and told me that I bought the stove from Menards not them and that Menards would have to get the missing parts. She told me if I bought a pair of shoes from hibbits and something was wrong, would I call hibbits or Nike. I then asked for supervisor and she was no better, she told me that the parts that was missing are not available from them, I asked her if the parts arent available, how is Menards going to get them and she said thats a good question. For now, I have a brand new stove that cost me over $2100 that is absolutely useless.
Went back to Menards and they are trying to figure something out but they at first told me to contact US stove because it was sent directly from them.
So far no luck. Hopefully Menards can do something because its already set up and I need it.

Preferred solution: I want the parts that should have originally came with the stove that I paid for and that will make this new stove usable. Right now it’s a 600lb paperweight

My auger motor went out and I bought a new one with the numbers in the manual and I also bought a burn pot. The burn pot worked fine.
The auger motor seems to be the wrong one. there is a couple differences in the auger motor I took off and the auger motor I was sent please contact me Gary Kauffman, 1-57****-**** thank you.
Stoves know good
Still having problems with this big E pellet stove. Theres a smell coming from stove thats making us sick.

ussc stopped making parts for my stove told me to try and have it made locally my stove is now a yard decoration

Bought this stove and the rear legs were missing as well as one of the lids I contacted ussc and they stated the parts have been discontinued The newer version parts won't fit and they would not warranty my version even though it has never been used. I have spoken with a number of people there and no one was willing to help me.

We have a King 8500 costing several thousand dollars. The circuit board went out on the furnace and we contacted the company.
We were informed that is a special order and they had no clue when it would be coming in. This is our main source of heat and it is the middle of Jan in upstate NY (currently 25 degrees outside). Customer service informed me that their manual clearly states this should not be used as a main source of heat because it may need parts. Why would I spend $1000s on a furnace if it is not going to be my main source of heat.
Now I have to call back every week because they have no idea when the circuit board will come in and then it will be another 2 weeks (if I am lucky) for them to ship it to me.
This company does not care about their customers in any way. I cannot even put a reserve on one of the circuit boards to guarantee I will get one.

Wish id found this site before i bought from us (china) stove co/ menards. Have found one positive review yet, ever once n awhile i still get conned by a chinese lovin scam man.

Had my pellet stove for 3 months the fan that blows heat quit. Called tech support said turn the stove off ley cool for 30 mins I did that called back that section was closed.
Called back said a supervisor would call back in an hr 3 hrs later no call yet. My next call will be to a lawyer tired of this shitDont buydont buy from

Bought one thru rural king. Missing parts.
Have been waiting for replacements for a month. Found out today that not all missing parts were sent.
They will send heat shield and insulation for bottom of Stove within 10 to 14 days. All I can say is look elsewhere for a stove.

Today is April 2nd, still no parts. I cannot emphasize strongly enough,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The date is March 15th still no parts. Received a text will ship when they get the parts. Hope no one buys from these people.

On February 14th, us stove advised replacement parts will be shipped in 10 to 14 days. It is now March 4th no parts. Oh well,
This company simply doesn't care about it's customers
11/2019 - Paid 2 grand for a stove. When we set it up it made this loud whistling sound.
I called Anthony (none of these stores will give you their employees last name) at US Stove I got nowhere. They never called back and finally said there was nothing they could do because they had sold me the stove through another company. They just didn't care.
I will never buy another product from them. Tread carefully.

I purchased a product from Us Stove. The money was taken out of my bank account the next day, but never received an email from the company as to the status of my order.
After 12 days, I called customer service. It took the representative a while to locate my order and I was told the product was on back order a the time, although the order page did not indicate that. I was then told the product is now in stock. I asked if I would receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number, the rep said I would have to call back next week.
When I asked why so long, the rep said to call this coming Friday.
Today is Monday.
I will never purchase any product from this company again. I couldn't get a simple email to the status of my order, but they had no problem taking my money the day after I submitted my order.

Cheap Chinese crap
Purchased logwood 1269E wood stove, damper 90degrees off,contacted united states stove company to see if I could get correct part. Told damper is now used as baffle does not move. So how do you regulate output?
