I just checked my emails, and this time it wasn't from 'NFN '. Just a generic name asking to review my health insurance plans and.

of course, click on a link.

I replied that I had reported them to government websites. I instantly received an email with different "from" info that they would not be contacting me again.

Original review Nov 07, 2025
I received multiple emails and phone calls proclaiming to be with UFN offering financial and healthcare insurance assistance. They asked inappropriate questions (i.e.

what medications do I take) and wanted recorded permission from me stating they could look at my information.
I attempted to call Customer Service several times to offer this information and to please look into the matter. Never received a call back as requested, or any help of any kind.
These idiots ate using the name UFN to scam, steal and ruin people's lives.

Nobody seems concerned with the matter. If law enforcement won't help, we the people have no choice but to address the issue on our own.
The matter is DEFINITELY not resolved

Preferred solution: I'd like to see these people imprisoned. They contribute absolutely nothing to society.

Website won't work due to my email address being spelled in correctly tried it multiple times and it kept telling me that so then I tried my second email address and it said the same thing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - ZIP code input worked fine.
  • - Email validation flagged two addresses as spelled incorrectly.
  • - User says the service is a scam.

Put in my ZIP code that was fine, then put in my email address, and it told me my email address is spelled incorrectly. Tried it multiple times; kept saying that.

So, I tried my second email address, and it told me the same thing: spelled incorrectly.

Who the heck are they to tell me that my email addresses are spelled incorrectly? Scam, scam, waste of time, scam, scam, fraud.

Cons:
  • Promising assistance and help to those in need and not providing it
  • Not providing the assistance they promise

Preferred solution: I want to see this website take it down people go to them for help and they're doing wrong promising help to people when they're not going to help anyone they're going to take your money

User's recommendation: Do not trust this website

Resolved: I need to talk to someone before I lose my bennifits

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Emails claim benefits approved, links loop.
  • - Not computer-savvy; worried about losing benefits; contact 541-415-**** and myphotoden123@***.com.
United Family Network - I need to talk to someone before I lose my bennifits

I've received a couple of emails stating I have benefits that I've been approved for, and I click on the message just to go in circles. I don't want to lose my benefits.

I'm not that computer smart, and I've been applying for 2 years! Please contact me at 541-415-****.

This is Mandy Murray. My email is myphotoden123@***.com.

Pros:
  • Help out so much
Cons:
  • Talking to someone live can be difficult

Preferred solution: A phone call before I lose my bennifits

User's recommendation: Remain proactive, keep ahead of your mail, clean your phone regularly, respond promptly to your messages. As these like other mail you recieve for assistance , they are time sensitive. Receiving this assistance is a lot of hard work don't take advantage of they're helping. That's what they're here for. But it takes partnership.

Website won’t work because of an ERROR in zip code

AI Highlights
  • - The site rejects ZIP 80247, though it is the official USPS ZIP.
  • - This prevents accessing financial help on government websites.

My application for financial help wont process because your website says my zip code is wrong. But 80247 is my official USPS address & zip code.

I have had this problem with MANY govt websites. Correct the problem so that legitimate citizens can ACCESS HELP!

User's recommendation: This website doesn’t even talk to citizen

I noticed an error with my zip code, too. Only off on one one number.

It kept me in the same county but I still can't do anything with it I've corrected it many times, as well.

It's a scam to keep you going in circles as another person mentioned in her review. I'm to the point I don't trust anything online anymore
