Don't need, don't want extra insurance
I was called by Sarah Redding telling me my credit card had expired. She represents my insurance company in the extra benefits division.
I gave her the card #. She immediately charged it for $350. I did not agree to or authorize the charge. I didn't have extra benefits last yr and don't need them this yr.
I told her to cancel. She did not. After a month it still appears on my card.
I called her yesterday, told her to remove it. She hung up on me.
User's recommendation: Don't deal with the above company.
