M48 tomahawk safety issues
United cutlery refused to answer my email to address the problem and that's pretty pathetic considering I simply want them to know of the safety hazard the m48 tomahawks poses i wasnt looking for a replacement or a refund I simply wanted them to understand the proablem I and many others had with the m48 tomahawk in the end I dont belive they care about the safety of there customer they just want to make a buck and don't really care about what happens after their merchandise is sold.
Preferred solution: Nothing I just wanted for them to recognize that they have a safety issue with the m48 tomahawk and maybe rectify the situation for future buyers.

M48 tomahawk breaks in half right out the box
for people interested in buying that accident waiting to happen i would strongly recommend they look at the coldsteel line of tactical axes i bought one and i have punished it in the woods while camping and on my job I've used it as well. it has never let me down and in the off chance the handle was to break they sell replacement handles for short money and they come with an excellent blade gaurd not a chintzy nylon cover.
This is the first time I've reached out hoping to get some movement on upgrading the handle
I mean I really like the design of your m48 tomahawk. Why not take the opportunity to revamp the m48 tomahawk and give it the solid reputation it deserves.

Preferred solution: I would just like to see a redesigned m48 tomahawk handle that can take the abuse and if possible see a line of axe handles that could be purchased separately like I said I really like the design of the m48 tomahawk and would absolutely buy another one
