Continental & United Airlines SUCK!!

AI Highlights
  • - Flights were cancelled or changed, with some not notified.
  • - Customer service was poor and rude.
  • - Southwest is best for on-time departures and service.

We as a family booked 7 various trips in Jan for throughout the year 2011. So far ALL our flights were changed or cancelled and some of them without any notification!!

Called the customer service and go lip service about how great their on time flight service is etc....will NEVER buy this airline tickets even after merger....their customer service is ridiculously poor/rude. I don't know what it is going to take for these airlines to understand that CUSTOMER SERVICE is critical part of them keeping their jobs!!!!

So far I have ONLY found Southwest Airlines to be THE BEST in terms of on time departure and arrivals and also about their customer service....
