The web says they will not charge the card until the repairs are done, well they debit it immediately saying they won't batch it until the repair is done, well the account is still debited so they misrepresent, befor ethey even begin! The field here says one hundred words wells how many ways can I explain the card was debited immediately before shipping before anything. When you call them they explain that is how it works well that is not true, she also said call your bank which cannot be done as the bank will say it is in pending status so the money is gone well will see for how long.

These guys were a RIP OFF! I sent them my camera which they didn't fix.

They offer a money back guarantee which is a SCAM! My camera was sent in twice and they keep saying it works and it doesn't work since I keep getting the lens error. THEY WOULD NOT RESPECT THEIR MO RY BACK GUARANTEE! A quick search on the Internet for their complaints and it seems nobody gets that guarantee honored by United Camera.

It's been weeks and weeks and a manager not anyone there will call me back. This is a scam. If you need a camera DO NOT TRUST UNITED CAMERA. They're work was so poor and my camera came back scratched and broken.

I have the lens error again the first time using it. I gave them a second chance and they still couldn't fix it.

you'll be lucky if you get your samecamera back. Often they send back a big piece of junk of the same model with more problems.

They advertise a promise of it being fixed right the first time or it's free. THAT IS A SCAM WHICH THEY WOULD NOT HONOR.

They rep said I'd have to ship it back and they would put it to the state in which it was first broken for me to get back my money - followed by him laughing with his other worker by the phone.

This place really sucks. They were nice up until they received my camera. There are so many ripoff complaints on them. Never would I recommend anyone to United Camera, they scammed me for over $100 and have no shame in what they did.

I sent them a camera to get a lens problem fixed. Prior to me sending it, they were promising everything and were actually nice.

Then I sent them the camera and everything changed:

Next, they were awful to both me and my husband. No respect whatsoever!

So the camera lasted only minutes before I got my lens problem all over again.

I looked closer and saw a screw missing in the bottom of the camera and another screw that doesn't even look like it belongs to my camera. I checked further and this isn't even the same camera I sent them! SCAM

I was mad not so I asked for a refund. Afterall, their website claims that it's fixed right the first time or it's free. SCAM AND NOT TRUE!!! I was then laughed at while the person on the phone said they don't go by that policy, yet it's on their site today. It took her a king time to tell me this because for some reason it was so funny she kept trying to stop the laughing. TALK ABOUT RUDE!

*** me I sent the camera back to at least get it fixed. They made it worse and now kept my strap from the camera. I called them again and they said they would sent the strap. A month and STILL NOTHING.

The camera still foes not work and not my lens is scratched.

I never got back my original camera which looked perfect. Instead they kept my camera without my permission and sent me a garbage camera! SCAM

I called again for my money back. The answer was no again. No manager called me either despite the many promises. SCAM

UNITED CAMERA IS A RIPOFF SCAM. Don't advertise a guarantee when you just laugh and refuse to honor what your claims are. A SCAM. PERIOD!
