We had two delayed flights due to mechanical failure. This eventually led to us not making our final destination. We list $865 on a hotel and $200 on a hotel to fly out of another city anticipating being in Hawaii earlier. Now we have list a lot of money and a day from what should have been a dream vacation. No one we dealt with at United was helpful and on top if that rude. No accountability.
