I've tried to submit an online refund using the United Airlines website online form that's available for refunds: united.com/refunds to no avail. Every time I fill out the online form, wrote my situation in the space provided, added my documentation and hit send; I would receive an message stating that my online for could not be processed without any reason why, nor did the website have a webmaster to contact or anyone else to assist or resolve... Had an aisle seat booked next to my boyfriend who had a window seat, since they changed the plane they moved both of our seats so that he's in a different window seat and I'm on an interior seat. We're now both next to random people instead of finishing up our romantic vacation sitting next to each other. Total bummer. Read more

I am in dulles airport 8:30 pm A6A waiting for a flight. The seats IN MY SECTION and several others near by have employees ( ground crew) eating, charging their phones, sleeping in the seats. Thete are seven here eating being loud....five across from me....two are sleeping so hard they don't passengers are starting to fill the waiting seats. Flight 937 sfo to lax on 01/03/2017 The gate agent was absolutely horrible! She was nasty and rude not only to customers but anyone who approached the desk including flight attendants. Her manners did not display any courtesy and she did not have any customer service. Why do people like this continue to work if they are miserable doing their jobs.

Today, I arrived for my flight from Lubbock, Texas (a smaller less crowded venue) to Houston, Texas. It is the morning of Christmas Eve, I am exactly 29 minutes early. On December 10,2016, I was returning to San Jose, CA from Mexico City. I had seat 25D on flight 718. A couple of people had seats 25E and 25F. They had a dog in a cage. Occasionally they took the dog out to feed him food and water. I am allergic to cats and dogs, and as a result I started sneezing and coughing. United lost my luggage when I was in transit, after making a claim I phoned baggage issues # took 2 1/2 hrs to get through they told me they found my luggage and it would be on the net flight. Phoned again the net day they told me they have and is being processed for delivery only 60 minutes to get hold of them. Nothing came. So today I phoned at 6am got through in 25 minutes they said it was out on delivery it will be between 2-6hrs after 6hrs... Read more
