Pissed and helpless
Tried to call CS to talk about my bill.
Was sent to India. Thats fine, but they tried to get me to take a $100 Visa card thing that I want no part of.
I called twice.
If I didnt want it, I got disconnected without being able to talk about my bill! This is beyond bad business for a utility company.
