Claims are very rude and never call you back.They refuse to give you even half the fair market value. We have a vehicle thats worth over $3,000 fair market $2,100 they want to give us $700. I see now that i have to switch insurance companies because my experience with unique is ridiculous.I had a car accident and they towed my car to their so called shops and it has been 6 weeks and my car still isnt fixed! My SUV was hit by their insured on 5/30/16.It's like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone and when you finally get a rep they act like you are bothering them.
