Poor Service

Anyone looking for hearing aids should avoid Unique Hearing Solutions. http://www.uniquehearing.com John DiSimone started out being very good and gave me a great deal however as time went on he became less responsive to problems I was having and although I have no proof I am quite sure he has lied to me on several occasions regarding repair work. Last year he told me he would send me a part via regular mail. After not receiving it for a week when I finally tracked him down he told me I had to sign for it. Seriously? Who signs for anything anymore. I ignored it even though I knew it was BS. I had the same problem over a week ago and he told me he would have the part on Monday 5/7. Never heard anything back and he's not returning my calls. He has not heard the end of this from me. If he's busy or having a problem why can't he be upfront with me instead of making crap up
