The only issue that I have with this company is dealing with their receptionist, Mary. (may not even be her real name) I called to get a print out and certificate of my remediation clearance as I am selling my home and the buyer wants the documentation. Mary repeatedly begins to talk over me, not listening to my request and generally acting rude, obnoxious and condescending. She would not let me speak and interrupted me every time I tried to explain my situation, which really isn’t that complicated. I asked to speak to anyone else but her, and she told me that “this is my company.” This is clearly not the case. I also heard her speaking to someone else in the office, so I know there was someone else that could handle my very simple request Mary hung up on me a half-dozen times. Every time I called back, she yelled “ARE YOU GOING TO COOPERATE WITH ME? ARE YOU GOING TO LISTEN TO ME.” She was literally screaming into the phone violently. She clearly has some control issues and a God complex. She has a lack of communication skills, an inferiority complex and has no earthy reason to be working in customer service. She blatantly refused to forward me an email she sent to me last year. She had the information at her fingertips and refused to do the mindless job of hitting a “SEND” button. Instead, she insisted that the builder of my home contact her, since they’re actually the ones the paid for the mold remediation. Like I said, she had the documents in front of her and refused to send them to me. These are documents that I signed, not the builder. These are documents she sent me herself last year. This company should find a new receptionist that isn’t such a condescending ***. I pity anyone that deals with Mary on any personal, social or professional level. She is obviously a terrible individual and deserves whatever awful Karma is coming her way.
