Union Plumbing - Plumbing Service Review from Las Vegas, Nevada
Do not use Union Plumbing for anything!! If your home warranty company gives them as a choice get another company.
I had a toilet replaced under my home warranty yesterday. It took from Friday to Friday for this to get done partly because I wanted to replace it with the same color Biscuit with an elongated bowl. After much frustration I decided to go with a white toilet with an elongated bowl but insisted on 1.6 GPF (Gallons Per Flush) due to an elderly man using this replacement. I advised both office gals Leslie & Kayla what I needed two times EACH!
Glacier Bay has a 2-piece 1.1 GPF/1.6 GPF High Efficiency Dual Flush Elongated Toilet in Biscuit for $149 at Home Depot however Union Plumbing wanted to use one of several plumbing supply house places where they obtain a discount for being a licensed plumbing company. I also found a Regent Dual-Flush toilet elongate bowl 1.6 GPF button on top in white of biscuit $229.95 Keith arrived 6/9/17 with a small white non elongated bowl with the minimal GPF on 1.2 & the first time it was used 1 day later the toilet became plugged!!!! He also tried to charge me an installation fee which I paid the day before. The manager's name is James & I hope he sees this as there is little communication between the schedulers & the plumbers doing the calls.
Plumbers are referred to as technicians. My previous husband was a plumbing contractor for many years in Thousand Oaks, CA & I worked in his office for 12 years & do not consider myself ignorant when it comes to these types of plumbing issues
- Communication issues
Preferred solution: Get the correct toilet in here as previously requested.
