The insurance company knows a lawyer will not take my case because the amount under 10 thousand .
On 06/12/2003 I reported the death of my mother to union labor life insurance company. I am the beneficiary on this claim.
I am getting nothing but excuses after excuses. They know they owe this so you need to pay up. Union labor life insurance company are in violation of the law. It's been more then 60 days.
It's a shame can't even get a lawyer take my case because the amount under $10,000 and the insurance company know it too. I sent affidavit of next of kin today 09/09/2023.
Now let's see what happens now. Will keep everyone posted.
