It's 6 days after item first shipped and still not received even though paid for express shipping. Supposed to be delivered to Savannah GA.
Was in Jacksonville FL 2 days ago but for some reason item is at a postal distribution center in St Louis MO. Tried to call and got a message that they were too busy and couldn't take calls.
Sent an email and no response. Very frustrating.
